By using our website, making an enquiry, booking a studio or desk, or otherwise using Vudio's services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree with them, please don't use our website or services.

About Vudio

Vudio is a connected creative studio and community offering four services under one roof: a podcast studio, a song recording studio, a green screen/reel studio, and co-working desks. These terms apply to your use of our website and any of these services.

Bookings

Studio and desk bookings are made by contacting us through our website or the details on our Contact page. A booking is confirmed only once we've acknowledged it to you. You're responsible for giving us accurate details — your requirements, preferred timing, and contact information — so we can confirm and prepare for your session.

Pricing & Payments

Pricing for our studios, sessions, and co-working plans is being finalized and is shared directly with you at the time of enquiry or booking confirmation, rather than published on the site. Where applicable, prices will include or exclude taxes (such as GST) as required under Indian law, and this will be made clear before you confirm a booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Our cancellation and rescheduling terms for a specific booking will be shared with you at the time you book. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible so we can try to accommodate you.

Using Our Studios & Spaces

When you use a Vudio studio or co-working space, you agree to:

• Follow the house rules and any reasonable instructions from our team regarding equipment and shared spaces.
• Use the space and equipment carefully, and be responsible for any damage caused by misuse during your session.
• Not use our studios or spaces to create or share anything unlawful, defamatory, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Respect other members and clients sharing the space, particularly in our co-working areas.

Content & Intellectual Property

You own the content you create during your session at Vudio — your podcast episode, recorded track, or reel footage — unless we've agreed otherwise in writing. Vudio's name, logo, website content, and branding remain our property, and nothing in these terms grants you rights to use them without our permission.

Co-working Access

Access to co-working desks, cabins, or membership plans is subject to the specific plan details shared with you at the time of sign-up, including any access hours or house rules that apply.

Third-Party Services

Our website or booking process may rely on third-party services (for example, payment processing once enabled). We aren't responsible for outages, errors, or issues caused by those third-party providers, though we'll do our best to help resolve them.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted under Indian law, Vudio's liability for any claim relating to our website or services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Vudio against claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of our website, studios, or spaces, or your breach of these terms.

Termination

We may suspend or refuse a booking, or restrict access to our spaces, if these terms are breached or if conduct puts our team, equipment, or other clients at risk.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time as our services, or applicable law, change. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved amicably; failing that, it will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat and venue of arbitration in New Delhi. Subject to this, the courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
